Rusafa Criminal Court: Death sentences for three Deash terrorists

The Central Criminal Court issued on Tuesday, three death sentences against three defendants for their affiliation with the terrorist ISIS gangs.
 
The Supreme Judicial Council-SJC stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the three criminals confessed their belonging to ISIS terrorist gangs and participated in terrorist operations against the security forces, worked in a unit for car bombings, in addition to working in what so called a prisoner release committee."
 
The statement added that "the court found sufficient evidence to issue the judgment against the three defendants in accordance with the provisions of Article 4/1 and by virtue of Article 2/1, 2, 3."
