Phase five of Waad Al-Haq operations begins: JOC

The Joint Operations Command declared on Monday, that the fifth phase of Waad Al-Haq operations has begun.
 

 "Under the supervision and planning of the Joint Operations Command, the security units set off to implement the fifth phase of (Waad Al-Haq) operations," read a joint operations command statement that the Iraqi News Agency (INA) obtained.
